when will the next batch start for sip programme . I just have missed out jan 2013 batch.

Rikita, I also am not able to attend the SIP In Jan 2013 Because these batches are already fully booked at NIRC, Delhi.
I went to NIRC, According to a lady trainer conducting SIP, I submitted the Fee Rs 1000 for the Next Schedule. The Next Schedule is not Fixed, they told me that it would be near about after 1-1.5 month.
Now as they fix the Schedule and Enclose the list of students who have submitted the SIP fee, I will go and attend the Same.
For Enclosed list we are to update with the website i.e. www.icsi.edu
