Hi All,
i need your help for solving some case laws in Test Paper 5/2009. Question number 5 and 6 . Can anyone of you give me idea under which topic they will be covered.
ITS VERY URGENT I AM ONLY SHORT THESE TWO QUESTIONS...... LAST DATE OF SUMBIMSSION IS VERY CLOSE.

it would be convenient if u post the case study questionS, for which u need solution..
because it is not possible to have the same edition which u have..
u may write in the foot note like GCL PAPER-5/2009

Dear sir,
Thank you sooo much for reply.
i have 8 case laws....
1. abhay's agricultural land was purchased by the government for the purpose of construction of factory but no duty was paid for this transfer by the govt. Abhay wanted to take back his land on the ground that government has not paid the duty and therefore, no sale deed was executed. will abhay succeed ? give reasons.
other then the above case i have 7 more ...... i have scan copy of same . please suggest if i can send you thru mail.
