Whether same DIN can be filled in Form 20B - one for existing WTD designation as on AGM Date 30.09.11 and another for Alternate Director cessation (on 01.06.11).

By doing so, will it impact the DIN of existing WTD in the LIST OF SIGNATORIES OF MCA PORTAL.

Dear friend,

DIN (Director Identification Number) is a name specific i.e. related to a particular person acting as a director. It is not designation specific such as WTD, Additional Director, etc. Hence same DIN can not be mentioned for two different positional directors. Please correct me if I am incorrect.
