1) Avinash file a suit against brij and suresh to obtain the possession of house X. During the pendency of this suit dinesh transfers house X to Mahendra. Ultimately , the court passes decree in favour of Avinash and against brij and suresh. Is this decree binding against mahendra as well ?



Any one can know the answers for this please forward me. it is very urgent for me

well dis is a case from the chapter "Transfer of proprty act". in dis case brij nd his partner if transfers ny property to nyone.. den dat contract of transfer will be void according to the tranfer of property act. nd here also dey have transfered d property X to mahender while the decision of the possesion of the property was under decision. So Avinash will get the possesion of the propert nd the contact between mahender nd brij and his partner will be void. But mahender can claim the compensation from dem by going to court.
I have given the answer, but u should refer to the book.
