Expression of Interest Called for acting as Outsourced CSoC Manager (OCM)
CSoC (CS Students’ Online Club) is looking for vibrant individual / firm / limited companies to manage the contents, including member data-base, design up-gradation and portal management.
The CSoC has more than 1,400 members with more than 5,000 regular monthly visitors having 25,000 page views.
The expected profile of the Outsourced CSoC Manager (OCM) should meet the following criteria:
1. He/She shall be a Professional (CS/CA/CWA) or a legal consultant or a management consultant or practicing corporate professional with proven track of at-least three years of professional experience (Partly-Qualified professionals may also apply);
2. A thorough knowledge of portal management, including the art of blogging and practical knowledge in Content Management;
3. Should be 100% tech savvy with adequate IT infrastructure;
4. Proven Skill in writing articles of legal nature, compiling legal notes & case laws, and proficiency in content scrutiny is a must.
5. In the case of a firm / company, at-least one partner or one director, as the case may be shall meet the above criteria (1 to 5).
The incumbent individual/firm/company will be designated as ‘Outsourced CSoC Manager (OCM)’, and will have to sign the Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Quality Assurance Agreement (QAA) and a General Terms of Service Agreement (GTSA) with the Club promoters.
All other terms & conditions will be spelt out in the above NDA, QAA and GTSA. A draft copy of the same will be made available after the concerned party is short-listed by preliminary screening.
